Plot Summary :
Juniper has been on the run for a long time. She had a normal life once before everything went to hell. Her whole life got destroyed by the very people she considered family and now it's her time for revenge . It's time for her to come out of hiding and for the ones responsible for her pain to pay. What she didn't expect was another demon catching her eye. She and demons have never had an easy going connection. And zane is nothing like she expected. The very man is an enigma , he is full of energy and she knows that one step out of his reach and he won't hesitate to kill her.
Zane enjoys his life. Humans are of no matter to him other than entertainment. That is until he stumbles upon his mate. Juniper is a woman who is as strong as she is vulnerable. He knows he can never trap her and tame her and that is what makes the chase so worthwhile. He will break her by the end, even if he has bend her to his will first.
Overall Opinion :
Juniper and Zane are here! I have been crazily waiting for this book for so Long. Their hate love story had me hooked right from the start. This one was a standalone in this world and I loved it very much! It was a HEA with a lot of steam.
Juniper and Zane have a take full of Hate, love and revenge. The side characters of this story were amazing as well. The storyline was a bit overlapping with that of book one. We even saw the characters of book 3 and I am so excited for that as well! The ending was good and gave me goosebumps. I am definitely crossing my fingers for the finale because I know that one will be the best of these all.
Definitely recommending this one to all the dark fantasy romance loving people out there!
