Cole and Mara are back! This author always has the best dark romances. I am a huge fan of her mafia world and when I knew that she was writing a thrilling romance with a serial killer, I was all for it! This is the second installment of this duet and the conclusion for these characters.
I am just obsessed with the way these characters interact. I mean Cole was a serial killer but damn, he was sweet when he was in love! It's like you forget what he actually does 🤣 The story picks off after the end of book one and now Mara and Cole are even more of a dilemma. Cole knows that he can't kill Mara which leaves him reeling that he actually feels something for her. Mara is even more confused than ever but she knows that the danger is not gone yet. With Shaw still being after her, she knows she still has to fight and there is no other way.
Definitely recommending this Dark Romance to all the book loving people out there. It's crazy and twisted and I absolutely love it so much!
