TWICE A WISH is the second book in the best selling series Goddess Isles by Pepper Winters. It takes off after the brutal cliffhanger in the first book and is even more ruthless and emotionally crippling than the first book itself!!

So this book picks up right where the first one ended and i absolutely loved the way pepper winter tells us all the scenes in such vivid detail!! I had been waiting for this book for so long and every second of the wait was worth it!!

We finally get to meet Eleanor and Sully again . Both of them are already halfway through admitting to each other that they have feelings for one and other. But are still in a bit of a denial. The way they both are captivated by each other is mesmerizing in the least. This book was full of so much angst, pain and love and had me clutching the corner of seat throughout the whole book!!

He. Was. Gorgeous.
Drop-dead, fantasy-created perfection.
I wanted to cry.
I wanted to leap up and scratch and scar him.
To make him as ugly as his chosen profession.

It was endearing for me to see how they both felt in each other's presence but still denied the obvious. Specially sully. And the ending!!! god another cliffhanger. Seems like Pepper winters won't stop until i finally die from curiosity. I can't wait to start the third book now finally !! I am coming near to ending this series and that makes me even more sad because I don't want to part with these characters!! they are amazing!!
