I am not going to comment on what the author did or why she plagiarized stuff. All I can tell you is the situation from a blogger's perspective. I feel so tricked. I spent time making teasers for this book , I tried new stuff so that my teasers would look good , well to say in short , I gave a lot of my time to this book. And now this happened. At first I was in denial , because I was just so shocked and hurt. I am a part of her street team and Loved her books (even the one that is copied) , so I didn't want to admit to myself that I supported an author who is like this. But there is only so much I can lie to my self. I was in denial because I have never read Kim Jones before and she was a stranger to me (I will be reading her books soon). But after seeing so much proof everywhere , I had no choice but to accept the truth.
We bloggers never ask for your money. We promote your books and leave reviews simply because we love reading. And then when we get tricked like this , It honestly makes me feel like a fool. I am on my way to delete every promotional post I made for this book and I have even left the street team. I made a teaser for this book that I loved so much , I stared at it for hours thinking I am talented as f*ck (which I am) and now it's all tainted. All the people who are commenting on my promotional posts and review , please give me time , I'll be removing that and changing My review soon. I am not an author so I don't know how Kim felt , although I can only imagine how heart breaking that must be. But I do know how much it hurts a blogger who spent her time promoting stuff like this. Which is really painful. I will be reading Kim's book and reviewing it soon too , because all this Has me really excited for her book and I want to read it asap! All the hard work's credit goes to her and no one else.

Hero : Callad Reed. He is like the king of all mean men!! The things he said , my god , that man had me shivering so bad.! The best Bully ever!
Heroine : Daisy. She was the perfect counterpart to Callan's rude personality. She was sweet but I won't say she was a doormat because she gave as good as she got!
Pace of the story : Slow in the beginning then fast

Plot Summary :
Callan and Daisy used to be best friends. That is until one day all of a sudden Callan became her enemy. He ignored her , ridiculed her and she didn't even know why. After a lot of heartache , they separated and went on their own paths.
Now years later Daisy is fresh out of a divorce and stuck with her six months old niece. She needs a job and some stability in her life. That is until she meets her new boss. Callan Reed is known as the devil in his office and the man fully lives to that expectation. What ensures between is a full out of what with Callan fully determined to make Daisy's life hell as his assistant and Daisy being determined to not give up no matter what he throws at her way.
Overall Opinion :
Totally explosive and breathtaking , this book is definitely my top read of this author! She killed me with this one and I don't know how to get over this Masterpiece.
I have been waiting for this book FOR MONTHS!! This genre i.e. a mixture of second chance , bully and redemption is my absolute favourite and Selena killed it with this one! Callan Reed was the actual devil and that has to be one of the rudest and meanest characters I have ever read. The man didn't have a filter and said whatever he wanted no matter what his words did to the person in front of him.
Daisy was absolutely perfect for him. I thought that with his behaviour she would be a doormat but man did she prove me wrong!! She gave as good as got even though a part of me wanted to fight her a bit harder , it was good enough for me. She was hell bent on finding the boy in Callan whom she had lived since her childhood and Callan was determined to prove her wrong. Those two were explosive and downright steaming!
If you are a fan of Bully / office Romance with second chance then make sure you read this one! A definite recommendation to all!

Amazing , explosive and breathtaking!

Callan was the definition of Mean and Daisy was his perfect partner.
