From New York Times bestselling author Penelope Douglas comes the thrilling, final installment in the Devil’s Night series…

What happens when it's five against one and nowhere to run?

EMORY

They call it Blackchurch. A secluded mansion in a remote, undisclosed location where the wealthy and powerful send their misbehaving sons to cool off away from prying eyes.

Will Grayson has always been an animal, though. Reckless, wild, and someone who was never bound by a single rule other than to do exactly what he wanted. There was no way his grandfather was going risk him humiliating the family again.

Not that the last time was entirely his fault. He might’ve enjoyed backing me into corners in high school when no one was looking, so they wouldn’t catch on that Mr. Popular actually wanted a piece of that quiet, little nerd he loved to torture so much, but…

He could also be warm. And fierce in keeping me safe.

The truth is… He has a right to hate me.

It’s all my fault. Everything.

Devils Night. The videos. The arrests.

I’m to blame for all of it.

And I regret nothing.

WILL

I never minded being locked up. I learned a long time ago that being treated like an animal gives you permission to act like one. No one has ever looked at me any other way.

Their only mistake is believing anything I do is an accident. I can sit in this house with no Internet, television, liquor, or girls, but I’ll come out of here with something far more frightening to my enemies.

A plan.

And a new pack of wolves.

I just didn’t expect one of my enemies to come to me.

I don’t know who smuggled her in or if they meant to leave her here, but I can smell her hiding in the house. She’s here.

And as the security detail leaves the supplies, the gates close, and the door to my gilded cage opens, giving me free reign of the house and grounds for another unsupervised month, I remember with a smile…

Blackchurch houses five prisoners. I’m only one of her problems.

*Nightfall is a full-length, romantic suspense suitable for readers 18+. It’s necessary to read the prior installments in the series before starting this story.

It took everything I had not to look at him, because if I did, he’d know… He would know that I didn’t always hate him.

'Nightfall' is the fourth and last book of the 'Devil's Nights series' by the best selling author Penelope Douglas. Told in dual perspectives, this book was one wild chase full of so many twists or surprises!!

Such an astonishing, astounding, awe-inspiring book this was !!!

I have been waiting for this book for like so many years!! The best thing that I like about this author is that she makes us wait for her books , and when she releases them , God!!! No matter how much you praise them it will be less. This book was Ahh-may-zing on so many levels. I am gonna try my best to not include spoilers in my review , but still I would advise you all to not read any review before going into this book!! It might spoil your fun.

'Blackchurch' was a myth. A tale that rich people used to keep their naughty children in line. Will was one of those children. He knew about this nightmarish place , but never thought it was true. That was until he ended up there himself. Secluded. All alone , but with 4-6 other prisoners. The island that can only be accessed by train and surrounded by wild animals so that no one can escape.

He was surviving that place until she arrived there.

Emory Scott was the nerd of the school. The girl you passed in the Hallways ,but never noticed. The girl who hid so much pain and all she projected to the outer world was hate. Will was attracted to her from the moment he saw her. But she was so venomous to him , so he sort of stayed away. But hate wasn't the only thing she felt when Will came close to her. Their story started from high school and spanned over 7-8 years. Things were fine until Emory ended up sending Will and his friends to prison. Now she is trapped in Blackchurch at Will's mercy and the other prisoners. Now it's William's turn to make his beautiful nerd pay. And he plans to enjoy that.

Nine years. Nine years, and I still wanted to fuck her.
Only now I wouldn’t give her sweet and gentle.
Shit had changed.

There were so many new characters introduced to this book . Specially Aydin!! Don't even get me started on him , He is my absolute favorite after Damon . Damon will always top my list !!! We got to see so many version of Damon in this book and It helped me to understand him even more thoroughly . The way he cherished Will was so heartbreaking to see !!

“Getting what you want risks losing what you already have, and nothing can come between us.” He looked up, meeting my eyes. “Nothing will be as perfect as this. I don’t like change.”

This book has to be the longest book penelope has ever written. And she made sure that we enjoyed every word of it!! Their were so many twists and turns in this book. This author's twists are a punch to the face. We don't see them coming and she keeps on hitting them without giving time to recover! The moment I thought things were okay now , Penelope bought a turn in the book and I was again freaking the fuck out.

This book was soo soo good and no matter what I say , you won't ever get it. The only way to understand the awesomeness of this author is to read this series !! I can't even begin telling you , how devastated I am to end this series. The epilogue of this book sort of left us in suspense and I hope Penelope decides to visit these characters again!!! I would be the first in line to read even a snippet of a book about these characters!!
