ARC REVIEW -- Inked in Lies
Title: Inked In Lies

Genre: Dark Romance | Biker Romance | Second-Chance
Type: 5th book of the 'The Fallen Men' Series
POV: Dual
Release date: 31st July 2020
My rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
He moved in next door.
Handsome as sin, older in a way that meant forbidden.
He had tattoos on his hands and wickedness tucked in his grin.
I was a goner as girl to a man they called Casanova for a reason. He would never love me, at least not the way I needed him to.
I tried to move on. But I couldn’t turn my back on him or The Fallen MC.
So when they needed me most, I offered the only thing of value I could use to help them.
My body.
And when helping them meant putting my life on the line, Nova had to decide just how much he was willing to do to get me out alive.
A standalone romance in The Fallen Men series.

"To everyone who has known the exquisite agony of unrequited love."
'Inked In Lies' is the fifth book of 'The Fallen Men' series by the best selling author Giana Darling. Told in dual perspectives, this book was one heart wrecking tale of love and loss!
Nova's book was at the top of my most anticipated books, so the moment I received an Arc for this amazing book , I was all over it in seconds! And believe me , nothing about this book was disappointing. From the biker slang to the lovely moments, this book was the whole package for me.
"Yeah, kissin’ Lila had rocked my fuckin’ world. Lila was the kinda woman I’d always wanted to be with when I grew up. Only, I was thirty-five and no closer to being the kinda man worthy of a woman like her."
Nova and Lila's story spans over so many years. She was five years old and she was playing with her brother on their yard when she saw a truck roll over the road. Their new neighbours were here. The new family had everything she seemed to be lacking in her life. They were the happiest bunch of people she had ever seen. That is until her eyes crossed over to the boy who climbed out of the car at last. Jonathon Booth was the most beautiful boy she had ever seen. Even at 16-17 years old , he intrigued Lila.
I loved the relationship both of them had. First they were best friends and then he later became her foster brother when things went downhill at her own house. Throughout their lives , with so much battles there was One thing that remained constant and that was their friendship. That was my favourite part. No matter how close they came , they were still friends first and I loved them for that alone!
This book had a few spoilers for the people who haven't read the first books of the series , but I guess it could be a standalone too. The way there relationship blossomed over ages was so mesmerizing. Nova was shocked to see that one moment the girl before him was his little flower child and the next she was this amazing beautiful women who made him feel desire. To say he was freaked out was an understatement. I hated the way he pushed her away , but I got where he was coming from.
Anyway it made me so happy for these two because their HEA had been a long time coming. There were a lot of twists and turns in this book that I loved and which made the storyline a hell lot more interesting! This book is recommended to all the biker romance lovers!! Trust me this book was pure biker romance and you won't ever regret reading a single word of it!
