Author: K.A. Linde
Genre: Contemporary Romance | Enemies-to-Lovers
Type: 2nd  book of the 'Seasons' series
POV: Dual
Release date: 28th April 2020
My rating: ⭐⭐

A new stand alone enemies-to-lovers romance from USA Today bestselling author K.A. Linde…

Court Kensington is a thorn in my side.

I’m hired to clean up his badboy image, which would’ve been easy if my life wasn’t falling apart.

First, I catch my movie star husband having an affair with his co-star. Then when I return to work, my job is at stake, because Court has gotten himself into trouble...again.

Instead of getting him back in line, I find myself falling for his charm. And into his bed. And against the wall. And, and, and…

Except Kensington charm shouldn’t work on me. Not when I’ve sworn to never ever sleep with a client.

I had good intentions.
I really did.
But we all know the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

'The hating Season' is the second book of the 'Seasons' Series by the best selling author K.A. Linde. Told in dual perspectives, get ready to meet Anna and Court!!

This was the second book I have read by this author and After reading 'The Hating Season' , this book quickly became my most anticipated !! Finally Anna's story is here. This book is an enemies to lovers trope and if you are into that , then by all means one click this one as it is a must read for all!!

The story starts with Anna returning to see her husband, where she gets to know about his affair. Furious and heartbroken , she decides to fly back to NY and focuses on her work. The next job she gets is to babysit Court Kensington , and to improve his wild bad boy image , so that his mother could win the election. She sees him as a burden and clearly Court is also not a big fan of hers.

The banter they both had , had me laughing so hard at times. I loved their chemistry and this bond they had. They both try to avoid eachother but soon the tension becomes too much and staying professional is a challenge for them. This was more of a forbidden romance trope and I absolutely loved it .

I can't wait to see whose story we will get to see next!! This book is recommended to all the contemporary romance lovers out there , who would like enemies to lovers trope and Forbidden romance!
